Management Bio

N S Bhatt: Co-founder, ETS360

  • He is also the founder of EduVista, an educational services company that supplies satellite technology to educational institutes globally
  • Prior to Glovista, N S Bhatt worked with KPMG in New York, USA in their Internal Audit team and also taught Accounting in various Universities across New York and New Jersey USA
  • Niranjan was a pioneer in developing data processing software for Banking Industry & managed it for clients for over 14 years from 1988 to 2002
  • He has extensive teaching experience of more than 33 years at college and CA level and has authored a book on Concepts and Case Laws in Direct Taxes for Final CA
  • N S Bhatt has a Master of Commerce Degree from Mumbai University and Bachelor of Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics

Dr Subhash Avate: Advisor, ETS360

  • Dr Subhash Avate retired as an Additional Director General of Police, Maharashtra state
  • He led the structuring and implementation of the Modernization & Computerization initiative of the Mumbai Police Department
  • Dr Avate was deputed by the Maharashtra State Government to London, UK for studying & training of the Police Control Rooms systems in London. He was subsequently responsible for implementing the quick response systems in Mumbai city and management of the Disaster situations in Mumbai Metropolitan Region
  • Since his retirement, Dr Avate has advised (security initiatives) organizations such as Mumbai Airport (GVK), Rhenus Logistics, Western Arya Logistics and CIS Bureau
  • Dr Avate has also been involved in NGOs such as Seva Sadan Trust, Naushad Academy of Hindustani Classical Music, Education Today Foundation, Sangeet Mahabharati Trust and Sangeetkar Anil Mohile Memorial Foundation
  • He actively guides the ETS360 team to implement the Public Safety Scheme in Mumbai and other major cities
  • Dr Avate is an IPS with BA, LLB, LLM, Ph.D degrees

  • Yash is the Founder and CEO of Jumper.ai, the first automated social and messaging commerce platform that allows brands to sell direct-to-consers on social media platforms and messaging apps
  • Under Yash’s leadership, Jumper.ai has successfully worked with over 11,000 businesses worldwide including brands like Marvel, Disney, Ben & Jerry's, and Unilever
  • Founded in 2017, Jumper.ai has been part of corporate innovation and incubation programs by Unilever Foundry, PayPal, Target and Visa Everywhere Initiative
  • With more than 20 years of experience building ecommerce solutions for brands and companies worldwide, Yash thrives on the web, flirts with artificial intelligence, and has built and designed more than 22,000 websites. Among his first projects was designing India's first film magazine for Yahoo! He has built automated bots since 1995, paving the way for his career-defining passion for AI and IRC (Internet Relay Chat) Networks

Mr. Rajesh (Raju) Wagh : Advisor, ETS360

  • Mr Raju Wagh has been a Good Samaritan for the past 25+ years and provided immediate medical help to over 8,000 victims of road accidents and has saved the lives of more than 500 people, for which he was awarded the National Road Safety Award at the hands of: Shri Nitin Gadkari, Minister of MORTH, India Mr. Rajnath Singh, Defence Minister of India Gen. V.K. Singh, Minister of State for MORTH, India
  • He has trained thousands of volunteers in Disaster Management, Life Saving Techniques and emergency Medical Aids. Mr Raju Wagh has been felicitated by the Minister of Road, Transport & Highways of India, Hon. Shri Nitin Gadkari for his contribution towards victims of road accidents
  • Mr Raju Wagh is the founder of Jivan Suraksha Prakalp (NGO) as well as the founder of the Road Marc Foundation, Nagpur
  • Mr Raju Wagh has been the advisor of ETS360 since its inception

Tapan Bhatt: Advisor, ETS360

  • Tapan has over 18 years of experience in the field of Private Equity, Hedge Fund and Investment Banking in US, UK and India
  • He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Ascendas Firstspace, a Singapore based Industrials and Logistics fund. Prior to Ascendas Firstspace, Tapan co-founded India’s first dedicated healthcare infra fund whose aim was to increase access to quality healthcare services for people in India
  • Tapan has previously worked for renowned institutions such as ICICI Venture, Darwin Group, Mercury Partners and Bank of America
  • He has completed transactions worth USD 43+ billion in US, UK, India, Russia, Vietnam, Turkey, Australia, China and Malaysia
  • Tapan is an MBA from London Business School and BA in Economics & Math from Rutgers University, USA
