Welcome to BYGSY. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BYGSY mobile application and related services (the "Service"), provided by ETS360 TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your profile updated.

2. Purpose of the Service

BYGSY is a public safety tool designed to help protect users by monitoring trips and providing a direct connection to emergency services (e.g., Police 112) via an SOS feature. The Service is a tool to assist in safety and is not a replacement for professional security or law enforcement.

3. SOS Feature and Emergency Services

When you activate the SOS feature, the Service will attempt to transmit your location and safety profile to emergency responders. You acknowledge that:

• The Service depends on your device's connectivity and GPS accuracy.
• The response time and actions of emergency services (Police, Medical, etc.) are beyond our control.
• Misuse of the SOS feature for non-emergency purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Obtaining consent from individuals before adding them as your emergency contacts.
• Ensuring your mobile device is charged and has active data services when using the App for safety.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology within BYGSY, including logos, designs, and software, are the exclusive property of ETS360 TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ETS360 TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including the failure of emergency responders to arrive or act.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
